En el liderazgo como fuerza resultante, todos son importantes y cada integrante puede hacer aportes valiosos y significativos. Pero se necesita autoconocimiento de los propios talentos y una coordinación magistral para lograr un desempeño que lleve a la obtención de logros y al alcance de objetivos. Aquí una de las más significativas premisas de vida: &lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;b style="color: orange;"&gt;Cada persona debe ubicarse en el lugar donde más valor tenga su talento&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="color: orange;"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;En algún momento de nuestras vidas todos estamos llamados tanto a ejercer el rol de líder como a dejar de ser miembros de un grupo y convertirnos en parte de un equipo. color: black;" lang="FR"&gt;Le LEADERSHIP est une compétence organisationnel d’ équipes.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial; color: black;" lang="FR"&gt;Le LEADERSHIP est produit de la bonne l’interaction avec d’autres.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial; color: black;" lang="FR"&gt;Les structures pyramidales sont delaissés… Pas de communication vertical.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;
