Technological progress is creating new ways of to relate to us.
Under the new media is underlying dynamic and changing human organizations
Trough these organizations flow ideas, knowledge, attitudes, values and opinions.
That take form through of new codes and language of communication

This promotes a new kind of creation that is the collective construction knowledge
Now the work of an isolated individual super genius of the small bulb is little
All we needed to contribute, for to construct this Organizational competence
We are in the nEureka! Age Collective
The organizations are super organisms
Intelligent, shared in common and integrated communities
The networks are the organizational structures that excellence define the new challenges of the leadership.
A net is a cooperative and coodependent dynamic system
